We return from commercial where Silent Witness is already in the ring, arrogantly showboating to the crowd as his music plays.
Joe Hoffman: Welcome back folks. We’re ready now for our first title match of the evening as the self-proclaimed ‘LSD Legend’ Silent Witness challenges Scott Stevens for the LSD title.
Benny Newell: Woah woah WOAH! Self-proclaimed, Joe? There is no question that he is THE LSD legend. The only person who could possibly challenge that notion is Benny Newell from the 70’s..
Joe Hoffman: Well he’s certainly been more than vocal lately about his accolades in this division. Now it’s time for him to put what he’s preaching into practice and deliver what he says he’s going to do. Though Scott Steven’s will not be a walk in the park for him.
The lights in the arena go pitch black, as red lasers and spotlights light up the area. The video screen lights up and flashes across the screen, "Nothing survives my sting!" The crowd begins to react with mixed reactions but mostly cheers as an electric guitar wails throughout the PA system and the words of Dave Mustaine's voice echoes throughout the arena, "As I climb onto your back, I will promise not to sting. I will, tell you what you want to hear and not mean anything. Then I, treat you like a dog, as I shoot my venom in. You pretend you didn't know, that I am The Scorpion, whoa!" The cheering and jeering intensifies as the instrumental after the chorus hits the speakers, drawing out the reigning High Octane Wrestling LSD champion. Walking down the aisle, he walks close enough to the fans so that they can touch him. As he finally gets to the ring, he climbs the nearest turnbuckle and stares down at the crowd, an icy glare and the throat slash gesture his only actions as he drops to the mat.
Joe Hoffman: Here we go, first title match of the night. Will Silent Witness break another record or will Steven’s put his own sting into the division.
Benny Newell: Oh I see what you did there. Nice..
Joe Hoffman: Who you got winning this one, Benny. Honestly?
Benny Newell: Put it this way, Joe, if Silent Witness isn’t our new world champion after the second bell rings then I will drink this entire bottle of Jack Daniels.
Joe Hoffman: You’ll do that anyway..
Benny Newell: …Yeah but I’ll do it angrily.
Steven’s hands the title to Joel Hortega who offers it to SW to touch before raising it to the fans and handing it to the time keeper. He then calls for the bell.
DING DING.
Joe Hoffman: This match, don’t forget, is a falls count anywhere match. That means that their opponent does not necessarily have to be in the ring in order for them to make the pin fall.
Benny Newell: If the fans don’t know that by now then they shouldn’t be watching wrestling..
Both men begin to circle each other and Steven’s steps forward for a lock up. SW just backs off and exits through the ring ropes, soaking up the boos from the crowd as he smirks at them by the barricade. Stevens plants his hands on his hips as he shakes his head.
Joe Hoffman: Silent Witness obviously didn’t fancy locking horns with the champion..
Benny Newell: He’s not stupid Joe. Steven’s has like four inches on him. He’s just using his experience that’s all.
Witness grabs a steel chair and folds it up, continuing to taunt the crowd but failing to notice that Steven’s has now exited the ring and is approaching from behind. Steven’s puts a finger to his lips, urging the crowd to ‘hush’ and not give him away.
Witness eventually turns around, clutching the chair to his chest, only to receive a..
Joe Hoffman: TOXIC STING!!! OH MY GAWD THAT WAS HORRENDOUS!!
The cameras pan in on Witness who is twitching on the floor, coughing up blood and holding his throat. Steven’s quickly hooks his leg on the outside and Hortega counts..
UNO

TRES!!!!!
DING DING DING!!!
REPLAY
The replay shows Witness turning with the chair and Steven’s hitting his Stunner like finisher, forcing Witness to slam his throat onto the rim of the chair which connected with the floor.
Joe Hoffman: What a nasty move! Witness could be seriously hurt.
Benny Newell: What a FUCKING disappointment. Now I have to drink all this booze. GOD DAMMIT!!!
Joe Hoffman: Well folks as Scott Steven’s celebrates his short and sweet first title defence I’m being told that something a lot more interesting is happening back stage..
