The crowd roars as the lights of the Best Arena dim signifying that it’s time for tonight’s main event.
Joe Hoffman: Last week at March to Glory, Reggie Rivid lost the world title despite the fact that he was not pinned or submitted by Brian Hollywood or Darin Zion.
Benny Newell: It sucks to be him, Joe. The right person won- Brian Hollywood.
Joe Hoffman: Tonight, Rivid gets an opportunity to get a little payback on Brian Hollywood and most certainly Jace Parker Davidson whose questionable actions as the guest referee last week paved the way for Hollywood to win the belt.
The High Octane Vision comes to life…
(VIDEO: March to Glory Main Event)
Zion stalks his way over towards Jace who begins to back away into the corner. However Hollywood is back on his feet and grabs a hold of Zion from behind. Hollywood spins Zion around and then goes for another Executive Promise but Zion sees it coming and ducks out of the way. Zion grabs a hold of Hollywood by the arm then takes him down to the canvas and locks in the Catalyst Clutch on Hollywood. Zion yanks back on the hold as Hollywood kicks and screams trying to get himself free but he has nowhere to go. Zion continues to apply pressure to the hold as Hollywood tries to crawl his way over towards the ropes but it’s a futile effort. Zion screams bloody murder and the crowd erupts as Hollywood succumbs to the pain and begins tapping out furiously on the canvas.
Joe Hoffman: He did it! He finally did it! Darin Zion has become the HOW World Championnnn!!!!!
Benny Newell: NO! Wait… Hollywood is tapping out but Jace isn’t calling for the bell! This match isn’t over!
Much like Benny stated even though Hollywood is clearly tapping out Jace is choosing to ignore it and not award the HOW World Championship belt to Darin Zion. Jace grabs his own shoulder pretending to be injured and thus never seeing that Hollywood is tapping out…
[…]
… Jace crawls around the canvas holding his chin in pain as Zion shouts for him to get back up to his feet. Zion grabs a hold of Jace as he regains a vertical base and snaps him down to the canvas with a t-bone suplex.
Joe Hoffman: Zion has snapped here and he’s taking the fight to the referee here in this match! If Jace isn’t going to let him win this match fair and square he’s going to make sure he regrets ever stepping foot back into the Best Arena!
Benny Newell: This isn’t supposed to happen! You can’t do that to a referee!
Joe Hoffman: Are you kidding me? Jace has already taken out two referees in this match alone! As far as I’m concerned he’s getting what is coming to him!
Zion steps through the ropes and begins to climb the turnbuckle as Jace slowly begins to pull himself back up to a vertical base. Zion perches himself on the top rope then leaps off and hits Jace with a diving bulldog that sends him crashing down to the canvas. Zion gets up to his feet and stands over the fallen referee proud of his own handy work but he took his eye off his opponent. Hollywood comes up from behind Zion and hits him with a low blow that doubles him over in pain. Zion turns around and looks up at Hollywood before getting hit with the Executive Promise right to the face. Hollywood over and lays an arm over Zion to make the cover as Jace slowly begins to crawl over for the count.

THREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bryan McVay: Here is your winner of the third fall and the…NEWWWWW HOW WORLD CHAMPION… BRIAN HOLLYWOODDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!
Benny Newell: It doesn’t matter how Hollywood got the belt. What matters is that the Best Alliance has the belt.
Joe Hoffman: And then there’s one Scott Stevens. Davidson defeated Stevens on Thursday Night Turmoil back on December 10th to end his first title reign.
Benny Newell: Again, REAL champion versus PAPER champion. DRINK!
Joe Hoffman: Stevens would then win the title back at ICONIC before losing it again to Scottywood.
Benny Newell: Yeah…thanks Stevens for that. Tonight’s battle is between the paper champions- Rivid and Stevens, and against the real champions- Hollywood and Davidson.
Joe Hoffman: Let’s throw it to Bryan McVay in the ring.
Red lasers and spotlights light up the area as the angelic voice of Lauryn Hill serenades the live crowd.
“Ready or not, here I come, you can’t hide – Gonna find you and take it slowly – Ready or not, here I come, you can’t hide – Gonna find you and make you want me”
The video screen lights up and a Texas flag flashes across the screen with the words, “Texas Born. Texas Bred. Texas Forever“ branded into the flag. The crowd reaction is mixed, but there are more cheers than boos, as “Ready or Not” by Fugees plays throughout the PA system. As the chorus begins to fade there is one final image that is displayed across the screen and that message reads in bold, capitalized letters…..SCOTT. STEVENS. as “Hellraiser” by Motorhead begins to play. The cheers intensify as the chorus hits the speakers, drawing out the man from Texas.
Bryan McVay: Tonight’s main event is a tag team match scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, making his way to the ring at this time, he is a TWO-time High Octane Wrestling World Champion, representing the Great State of Texas, from Houston, Texas…HE IS…SCOTT! STEEEEEEE-VENNNNNNS!
Walking down the aisle, Stevens fists bumps some of his fans while raising a fist at a few of the more vocal bashers. As he finally gets to the ring, he climbs the nearest turnbuckle and stares out into the crowd.
Stevens gives them a nod and jumps down to the mat and warms up.
Bryan McVay: And his partner…
“Where Dragons Dwell” by Gojira hits as the crowd is a mix of cheers and boos as we see Reggie Rivid make his way out onto the stage to an indifferent reaction to the fans. Focused on the ring, Reggie makes his way down to the ring with little showmanship.
Bryan McVay: …from Corpus Christi, Texas weighing in tonight at 265lbs…a former HOW World Champion… here is REGGIE RIVID!!!!!
Rivid walks slowly and methodically towards the ring, casually tapping the hands of the few fans that reach out to him. Upon his entrance into the ring, Reggie raises a single hand into the air before sitting against the turnbuckle. He fist bumps Stevens and both turn their gaze towards the stage.
Bryan McVay: And their opponents…
The HOV lights up and the sound of “Onto The Next One” by Jay-Z fills the arena. The crowd erupts in a mixture of mostly boo’s and a few cheers as former HOW World Champion Jace Parker Davidson makes his way out on stage. Jace bounces around in place in the middle of the stage with a cocky grin on his face as he looks out at the jam packed crowd.
Bryan McVay: …introducing first from Tokyo, Japan by way of Miami, Florida…weighing in at 232lbs representing the Best Alliance…he is a THREE-time HOW World Champion…here is JACE PARKER DAVIDSONNNNN!!!!!!!!!!
Jace raises his arms into the air as pyro goes off on stage behind him. The former Champion lowers his arms and slowly makes his way down the ramp towards the ring completely ignoring the fans. Jace makes his way up the steel ring steps then walks along the ring apron before stepping through the ropes to enter the ring.
Bryan McVay: And his partner…
The HOV lights up once again as the sound of “Perfect Insanity” by Disturbed fills the arena.
Bryan McVay: …from Los Angeles, California weighing in tonight at 220lbs…representing the Best Alliance tonight. He is the LSD Champion AND the current High Octane Wrestling WORLD CHAMPION! BRIAN…HOLLYWOOD!!!!
Brian Hollywood makes his way out of stage with the HOW LSD Championship belt strapped proudly around his waist. Hollywood looks out at the crowd which gives him a loud chorus of boos but Hollywood remains focused on the task at hand. Hollywood raises his hands into the air high before making his way down the ramp towards the ring.
Joe Hoffman: Four former HOW world champions in the ring.
Benny Newell: Lee Best wasn’t going to accept anything less than the world title returning to the Best Alliance at March to Glory. Tonight, Brian Hollywood and Jace Parker Davidson will put an end to this notion that Reggie Rivid and Scott Stevens belong in the same universe as Hollywood and Davidson.
Hollywood makes his way up the steel ring steps then steps through the steel cage door to enter the ring. Hollywood makes his way over towards the corner then climbs the turnbuckle. Hollywood poses for the crowd that continues to boo him before hopping down off of the turnbuckle. Hollywood stands in the corner and glares over at Jace in the center of the ring.
Bryan McVay: Your referee is Nigel Lette.
Joe Hoffman: Nigel’s had a busy night refereeing all the Best Alliance matches.
Benny Newell: He did good for the John Sektor-Scottywood match but why the fuck did he let Electra and Hugo Scorpio beat Bobby Dean and Ryan McKenna? He’d better get this one right.
Joe Hoffman: Rivid and Hollywood will start the match and tonight’s main event is about ready to get under way.
Lette calls for the bell.
*DING-DING*
Rivid scowls at Hollywood as both men circle each other. They lock up in the middle and fight for advantage. Rivid gains leverage and and takes an armbar. Hollywood stomps on Rivid’s foot to break the hold, steps under, and reverses into his own armbar.
Joe Hoffman: Hollywood with a nice reversal.
Benny Newell: See? This is why Brian Hollywood is one hundred percent correct when he said HOW needs a fighting champion like him at the top. Jace Parker Davidson was looking out for HOW’s best interest when he made sure Hollywood left March to Glory with the belt.
Hollywood squeezes hard on a headlock and he tries to wear Rivid down. Rivid fires a couple of lefts with his free hand to the midsection. Lette immediately admonishes Rivid for a closed fist.
Joe Hoffman: That was no closed fist.
Benny Newell: If Nigel says it was a closed fist, then it’s a closed fist.
The Texan uses his power to push Hollywood towards the corner. But the champion latches on to Rivid’s hand and whips him into the corner. Hollywood charges in. Rivid ducks his head and Hollywood goes up and over the top rope landing on the ring apron. Rivid whips around and throws a right hand that Hollywood blocks. Hollywood then nails a closed right fist to the jaw and snaps Rivid’s head back.
Joe Hoffman: There’s a closed fist.
Benny Newell: Nah. Didn’t see it.
Joe Hoffman: Obviously Nigel didn’t ‘see’ it either.
Benny Newell: Then it didn’t happen.
Hollywood climbs up to the top turnbuckle and hits a missile dropkick. Roll up. Lette slides in for the count.
ONE
TWO…Rivid kicks out.
Joe Hoffman: Excellent recognition by Rivid that Lette might fast count him.
Benny Newell: Count seemed fine to me. Nigel’s just doing his job.
Standing dropkick by Hollywood sends Rivid back down to the mat and then he tags Davidson in. Davidson jumps in and peppers Rivid with a rapid series of right hands. JPD then comes off the ropes and delivers a flying forearm to Rivid’s forehead. Rivid lands a right hand in return. Davidson whips him into the ropes but Rivid blocks a hiptoss on the return. He grabs JPD by the back of the head and drives it face first to the mat.
Joe Hoffman: Beautiful reversal by Reggie Rivid.
Benny Newell: Come on Nigel! Watch the hair pulling!
Joe Hoffman: Rivid did not grab the hair.
Benny Newell: Do your job Nigel!
Rivid knees Davidson in the midsection and then spins him around, lifts him up and slams him to the mat with a belly-to-back suplex. Rivid pounces and hooks the leg.
Lette takes his time to make sure JPD’s shoulders are down. Hollywood runs in and kicks Rivid in the back of the head to break up the pin.
Joe Hoffman: Speaking of not doing his job?
Benny Newell: He did. He made sure the shoulders were down before he began the count.
Davidson says something to Hollywood. Then both men work in concert sending Rivid for a ride to the ropes and hitting a double drop toe-hold to the mat followed by a double elbow drop. Then double stomps.
Stevens climbs up on the top turnbuckle and shouts at Lette. Lette turns away from the action and tells Stevens to get down. Davidson and Hollywood take advantage of the distraction to stomp away at Rivid.
Joe Hoffman: Again, speaking of Nigel not doing his job?
Benny Newell: Pay attention Hoffman. He’s making sure Stevens doesn’t come in and double team Jace or Hollywood.
Hoffman sighs.
Rivid desperately tries to fight back. He latches onto Hollywood’s arm and throws him through the ropes but Hollywood lands on his feet on the outside. Davidson waits for Rivid to stand back up and springboards off the middle rope and nails him with another forearm smash. Rivid stumbles towards his corner where Stevens is waiting but Hollywood climbs through the ropes and cuts him off, pulling him back towards their corner. Davidson tees off with knife-edged chops to Rivid and further drives him back into their corner. Rivid uncorks a right hand bomb out of the blue that catches JPD and staggers him back. He tries to cross the ring again and tag out but Hollywood grabs Rivid and slings him right back into the corner turnbuckle.
Joe Hoffman: This is actually sound strategy by the Best Alliance. Isolate a member of the opposing tag team and don’t let him tag in the fresh wrestler. Of course it helps when Nigel Lette is giving them carte blanche to do whatever they want.
Benny Newell: Carte blanche? Isn’t that some sort of English peace treaty or something?
Joe Hoffman: Oh Benny…
Rivid tries to fight his way out. JPD rakes the eyes and tags in Hollywood. Hollywood pummels Rivid with right hands while Davidson holds him in the corner- further enraging Stevens who again climbs up on the top turnbuckle. Davidson points Lette over to Stevens and the referee goes right over to engage the Scorpion. Hollywood delivers kicks to the midsection while Davidson holds Rivid in place.
Joe Hoffman: Can this be any more blatant?
Benny Newell: I told you last week at March to Glory. You don’t fuck with the Best Alliance.
Lette and Stevens have a heated exchange before the Scorpion finally relents and climbs back down.
JPD releases Rivid who pitches forward and falls face first to the mat. Hollywood immediately covers.

TH-
Joe Hoffman: NO! RIVID GOT THE SHOULDER UP!
Hollywood gets in Lette’s face and claps his hands three times in lightning fast succession.
Benny Newell: He’s right. Nigel’s count is way too slow.
Joe Hoffman: Rivid has got to find a way to tag Stevens in. He’s been in there way too-
Rivid grabs the champion’s legs and rolls him up for the pin.
Joe Hoffman: …Rivid’s got him!
Again, Lette makes certain that Hollywood’s shoulders are on the mat.
ONE
Hollywood kicks out just as Davidson comes off the top turnbuckle and decks Rivid with a missile dropkick sending him tumbling to the mat.
Joe Hoffman: Nigel’s not even making any pretense of being biased for the Best Alliance.
Benny Newell: Teamwork Hoffman. One for all and all for the Best Alliance.
Rivid hears Stevens yelling at him to make the tag and sees him outstretching his arm as far as he can.
Joe Hoffman: Reggie’s got to get to his corner and tag out.
Rivid tries to crawl to Stevens. JPD races across the ring and clocks Stevens with a right hand that sends him flying off the ring apron. Hollywood drags Rivid back to their corner and lays the boots to him. He then sets Rivid in a sitting position in the corner. Hollywood signals to JPD and slingshots Davidson towards Rivid, JPD then hits a basement dropkick that topples Rivid over.
Benny Newell: WHAT A MOVE!
Joe Hoffman: Davidson cleared Stevens off the ring apron and now Rivid, who’s got to be exhausted now, is a sitting duck.
Davidson pulls Rivid back up and leaves him. Hollywood measure him and kicks out.
Benny Newell: EXECUTIVE PROMISE!
Rivid drops to the mat. Hollywood walks towards him to roll him over but Rivid darts in between the champion’s legs crawling on all fours towards his corner.
Joe Hoffman: HE MISSED!
Benny Newell: How?
Joe Hoffman: Rivid’s going to make the tag….
Rivid dives at Steven’s hand and slaps the hand.
Joe Hoffman: He made the tag!
Benny Newell: NOOOOO!
Joe Hoffman: And here comes Scott Stevens!
Hollywood charges- Stevens drops him with a right hand.
JPD runs at him- Stevens drops him.
Hollywood again. Stevens kicks him in the midsection and hits a neckbreaker on Hollywood.
Davidson in again- Stevens clocks him with Debbie Does Dallas.
Joe Hoffman: European uppercut by Stevens!
Stevens lays the boots to the back of Hollywood’s legs, buckling them and allowing him to set the champion up for the Scorpion Death Drop. He spins around and faces Nigel Lette. Stevens smiles.
Benny Newell: Nigel, do something!
JPD suddenly comes back to life. He nails Stevens with a double axe handle to the back. Stevens releases Hollywood. The champion steps back and cracks him in the jaw with his boot catching Stevens flush.
Joe Hoffman: EXECUTIVE PROMISE!
Benny Newell: YES!
Hollywood watches as the Scorpion melts to the canvas.
Joe Hoffman: He nailed him perfectly.
Benny Newell: That’s why he’s the man, Hoffman. That’s why he’s the one HOW needs as world champion.
Joe Hoffman: Well that should do it. Hollywood is just staring down at Stevens and- WAIT A MINUTE!
While Hollywood pauses to admire his handiwork, Davidson slides in and hooks the legs to roll Stevens up.
Lette is right there on the spot.

*DING-DING-DING*
Benny Newell: YES!
Joe Hoffman: Wait a minute. Jace wasn’t even the legal man in the ring.
Benny Newell: Who cares? Lette counted Stevens out and the Best Alliance prevails!
Bryan McVay: Your winners- the team of Brian Hollywood and Jace Parker Davidson- THE BEST ALLIANCE!
Hollywood stares at Jace after he jumps back up to his feet. Nigel Lette raises both men’s arms up in the air.
Joe Hoffman: This is a little awkward.
Benny Newell: Nope. Jace didn’t want to take any chances. The Best Alliance won and that’s all that matters.
Joe Hoffman: Reggie Rivid gave it all he had but the combination of Hollywood and Davidson were just too much for h–
Joe is cut off as “Back in Black” by AC/DC hits the PA system and the old school trend taking over HOW lately continues as Lee Best makes his way out on the ramp to his first ever theme song here in HOW. The crowd stands as one as Lee is joined by John Sektor at the top of the ramp as they look down at the victorious Best Alliance team.
The cameras follow Sektor and Lee as they make their way down to the ring and slowly climb in. As the four men meet in the middle of the ring they all shake hands and Lee gives Jace and Hollywood hugs for another job well done….Sektor is happy with just a handshake obviously.
Lee then pulls a microphone out from his #97red jacket and turns towards the hard camera.
Lee Best: What you are looking at is a ring full of fucking winners…….Jace, Sektor and our World and LSD Champion Brian Fucking Hollywood!!!
There is a definite mixed reaction as all four men raise their hands in the air as one.
Lee Best: Now I promised a very special surprise for my boy John Sektor here and now is the time. You see we have our captain to take on 4CW in Mr. JPD here……we got our Hall of Fame Captain and surely our World and LSD Champion representing the Best Alliance in the World Title match…..but now let us find the opposition for that Main Event at War Games.
Lee looks back at Sektor and smiles before turning back towards the camera.
Lee Best: You see as it’s the final War Games and there is no fucking way that I am going to lose on my final War Games….I have reached out to several guys that quite honestly I have a ton of heat with. These are men that are and have been shells of their former selves and quite frankly are coming back to High Octane Wrestling to do one thing…….THE J-O-B. Ladies and Whores……I give you the opposing Captain for the Main Event at War Games…..and HIGH OCTANE HALL OF FAMER………..DARKWING!!!!!!!!
The crowd pops huge as Darkwing slowly makes his way out from the back and stands at the top of the stage. He is staring a hole thru Lee Best and you can see that he is beyond pissed at the introduction by Lee.
The cameras then cut back inside the ring where we see Sektor finally handing out a hug…and its to Lee….obviously loving the selection here.
Lee pushes him off quickly tho and Lee motions for him to wait….its about to get better.
Lee Best: Joining the Darkwing on Team Duck are two other HIGH OCTANE HALL OF FAMERS……SHANE FUCKING REYNOLDS AND JATT MOTHERFUCKING STARR!!!!!!!!!
The crowd pops HUGE for Reynolds and Starr and the two men make their way out from the back as they stand next to Darkwing……Shane obviously standing between the two long time rivals Darkwing and Starr.
Again we cut back inside the ring where Sektor is literally wiping away tears of joy at the team that is being presented as his opposition.
Lee turns back towards the hard cameraman inside the ring and this time gets up close and personal with the camera so that his eyes are the only thing you can see on the HOV above the entrance ramp.
Lee Best: These are the eyes of the beholder motherfuckers…….and behold the fourth member of your team…..
Lee pushes the cameraman back and turns towards the entrance ramp as he doesn’t say anyones name….instead he watches….along with everyone else…waiting.
And then it happens.
WHACK
WHACK
WHACK
Fuck it….one more time.
WHACK
WHACK
WHACK
The crowd is going apeshit as Lee brings the microphone to his mouth as we just seen the three members of The Hall of Fame War Games team literally be taken out with multiple chair shots.
Now there is only one person standing over the three men.
Lee Best: Darkwing you honestly think that I would allow you to be named Captain of the Final War Games?? You fucking idiot…….granted all your contracts insure you will be part of the match…….but meet your fucking real captain….and the newest member of the High Octane Hall of Fame……RHYS FUCKING TOWNSEND!!!!!!!!!
The cameras zoom in on the former Best Alliance monster as he stands over his War Games team. Townsend then holds the chair up high in the air and salutes Lee before heading to the back.
Back in the ring Lee and his three Best Alliance members are giving each other high fives.
WHACK
Lee Best: What the….
Suddenly the feed cuts out as the monkeys in the truck cut to the hard camera outside of the ring as we literally see the cameraman inside the ring just nail Brian Hollywood in the back of the head with his camera.
The World and LSD Champion goes down in a heap as Lee and Jace turn towards the cameraman who’s identity is revealed now that he is not hiding behind the camera.
Cyrus Riddle from 4CW.
Jace swings wildly but Riddle ducks the right hand easily.
Lee, with camera in hand now, rushes at Riddle…..but he is met with a spinning spinebuster…..the sound of Lee crashing to the mat resonates throughout his arena as the camera goes flying….and the man that delivered it is standing over him and smiling.
Jace Parker Davidson.
Jace kneels down besides the God of HOW and picks up the microphone.
Jace Parker Davidson: I am a Captain alright Lee………Captain for 4CW……..choke on that you motherfucker.
With a smirk Jace drops the mic and both him and Riddle stand tall over Lee as the trash and drinks rain down from the rafters as Chaos comes to a close.
Joe Hoffman: Last week at March to Glory, Reggie Rivid lost the world title despite the fact that he was not pinned or submitted by Brian Hollywood or Darin Zion.
