THE LEAGUE: SEASON FOUR WEEK FOUR - 07/25/2011
Season Four, Week Four
Blackpool, England
July 25, 2011
Scott Stevens (1-2, 12%) vs. Diamond (1-2, 13%)
"Don't Cha" hits the arena to a mixed reaction as The League's lone female member emerges from backstage. There is a confident smirk on her face as she talks trash with some of the louder fans before sprinting into the ring by diving under the bottom rope. As she stands, she proceeds to the corner nearest the announce table, hands thrown in the air as the soaks in the crowd reaction while her manager stands outside, also applauding her client.
Amelia Williams: This bout is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Jayde, from Aberdeen, Scotland, weighing 137 pounds...Diamond!
Tori Montgomery: I look for this one to be over quick. Diamond's not going to waste time and will simply beat Stevens into oblivion.
Frankie Garnett: I disagree, Tori. Scorpion's going to keep Diamond up all night long, just like he has before!
Bob Sinclair: Frankie, need I remind you that this is a family show?!
The lights in the arena go pitch black, as red lasers and spotlights light up the area. The soothing voice of Shirley Bassey is heard as "Diamonds are forever...They are... all I need to please me. They can... stimulate and tease me. They won't leave in the night, have no fear that they might... desert me." The Tron lights up with images of Diamond's manager Jayde bloodied and bruised while "Diamonds from Sierra Leone" by Kanye West starts up and the man in question appears from the back and stops on the stage to crack a smirk. The crowd starts booing as Scorpion makes his way down to the ring and he is throwing what appears to be t-shirts to the crowd. When "The Venomous One" reaches the ring he climbs the turnbuckle and shows off the t-shirt and it reads, "Women glee when I make them bleed....Isn't that right Jayde?" on the front and "Only the finest Red Rum for Diamond" on the back.
Amelia Williams: Her opponent, from Houston, Texas, weighing 265 pounds...The Master of Disaster, The King of Sting, The Originator of Get Over Here, The Count of Monte Scorpio, The Venomous One and Only, he is "The Scorpion" Scott Stevens!
Tori Montgomery: Now this is going too far. There's psychological warfare, and then there's completely tasteless tactics like this!
Frankie Garnett: Tori, sit there and shut up. This is glorious!
Tori Montgomery: Shut up? Why you little piece of s—
Bob Sinclair: That's enough, you two!

Frankie Garnett: Unnerved? Scorpion? Ha! He doesn't crack that easily.
Tori Montgomery: I beg to differ. If someone Phoenix's size was trying to intimidate me, it would certainly work.
Frankie Garnett: That's why you're stuck behind the desk, and I was the one asked to be a manager. Speaking of, I need to get my client ready, so if you'll excuse me....
Frankie drops the headset and begins heading to the back.
Tori Montgomery: And now it's time for the part of the show where sensible commentary is the norm.
Bob Sinclair: In any event, Amelia, take it away!
